Oh, sweet jesus, I had that happen once in my entire career of bombing, and I still remember the sting!

I don't think you can do away with it though.

Without it, whats to stop a "Friendly" bomber from hovering over his own base and carpet bombing a mission rolling down the runway.

Take it with a grain of salt. Chalk it up to terrible luck.

Too bad, Sandman. I know how bad Killbomber sucks, but 2 years later, I do laugh about my incident.

One night, I got mad that some lamers were about to kill all of the fighter hangars at an enemy base where I'd enjoyed many fun fights.  To punish these strat-minded weenies for their lack of vision, I landed at the enemy base and sneakily taxied into one of the fighter hangars.

When the rockets came raining down, the friendly didn't even blow up.  He just disappeared.  Disintegrated.  Poof.  Poor guy.

Very poor sportsmanship.

In reality, I would think this is a serious violation, as you intentionally caused the loss of friendlies.

What you did was game the game and do exactly what "Killshooter" is designed to prevent.

I don't think you would appreciate it if someone intentinally flew their AC into your line of fire, and cause you to killshooter yourself. I realize this happens quite often, but you would not like it if someone did it in person and then bragged about it, would you?

My only regret about being a rook is that I can't intentionally killbomber MAWs.  :D

One of my favorite killshooter deaths resulted when I had to pickle my ordinance in the P-38 because I was being intercepted by some bad guys.  So I dropped my load to get light to fight and about 5 seconds I blew up and was back in the tower.  Watching the film of my flight, when I pickled my eggs, I didn't know that one of my squad mates had saddled up below me in formation and I hit him with my bombs.

No more, say, than ruining what was a perfectly good fight for a number of players.  Besides... it was fun.

LOL Oh no, not a serious violation!  Let the banning begin!

I'm curious what you think killshooter was designed to prevent.  Last I checked, it prevented people from carelessly flinging ordinance at enemy planes and structures.  Talk about some careless rocketeers!

I'd be rolling in my chair if someone managed to get me to killshooter on them on purpose.  Doubly so if they bragged about it.  Frankly, it's no small feat to make me killshooter myself by design, as I tend to get in closer than just about anybody else before firing.  My hat's off to the guy who does it.

Yes, but it's funnier to killbomber you.  Besides, it's hard to shoot you down when you're always following your bombs into the ground.

Todd... too funny.    Have film?
I've been looking for new goals in the game.  You mind coming to rooks so  I can work on getting in that 50 yards of space between you and your intended victims?  Wouldn't that be a hoot?
