Anyone Remember the P-51 Rocket easter egg?

Waaaay back in the beta days, I seem to remember an easter egg that resulted in launching a P-51 vertically, after ripping the wings off, with flames coming out the back.  The climb rate was insane, with a final altitude over 200k, in less than a couple of minutes.

Is that easter egg still around?  Or can anyone drag up the old thread which described it?  I also remember pictures in the thread.

This was the bug that allowed planes to be launched (literally) from V-bases, when they were first introduced?

That was for all planes, not just the P51 I believe.
