Wings popping off

Has anyone noticed an increase of wingtip loss or whole wings popping off due purely to manuevering?

I have, especially the Hellcat. I know some experienced it previous to 1.08 but I didn't. Happening frequently right now for me.

The reason I asked was that I have had a few incidents where my wings have been damaged for no apparent reason.

Twice while in a Dora at 18-20k with autolevel engaged and no cons anywhere in site, snap pop, wingtip gone.  I chalked those up to bird strikes.

Yesterday, I lost entire right wing in an A5 rolling at 350 while in a dive.  The only con was 3k below.  I rolled over onto my back, pulled into dive for acceleration, centered stick at 300 and rolled (not pulled) to cons heading.  Snap crack whole wing is gone and I am on fire.

Just wondered if anyone else was seeing similar things happen.

Furious, happens to me in p51ds and f6fs, but offline testing (trying to duplicate the situation) has always revealed that I was exceeding max Gs (usually for just an instant.)

I had that problem when i first started flying the hellcat, havent really since then but it was vicious. I havent done it for a long time, but it used to really bother me.

<S> Am0n. I've been here since HT opened the doors so I have numerous hours flight time here. I've flown the Hellcat since it was introduced to AH and this is the first time I have experienced wings snapping off on a regular basis but without a perceptable pattern. I am going to take a look at my JS. Could be spikeing, but I don't know whay that would affect only the Hellcat in my case. The P51b, the Corsairs and the La7 haven't shown this anomoly.

It very well could be my JS also, its set up so when you pull it back it gradualy moves at first then starts to move quickly to a sharp movement till its at end.

Would explain a lot, i posted something about this in the help/training BBS and people tested it and said that they "could  not get them to break, with out using rudder". And to this day i can hop in a hell cat and rip destroy the wings at 400 mph (testing there durability).

Well i shouldnt have that problem now that my hard drives are dead, gotta start from scratch. Ill try it tonight and see if it does it wiht the default JS settings.

Had a wing loss the other day that I put down to a stutter in the game.  I was pulling back gently then I had the screen stutter and then I was without wings.  

Think that maybe the game was acting up due to 1.08 issues...
