shrimp in 18 guesses.
microscope in 19 guesses
subway train (car) in 20 guesses
pogo stick in 19 guesses
(duck) pond in 19 guesses

(lots of failures not listed)

Quite definitely the most interesting soft AI on public access I have ever seen. Quite the unmissable attraction I fear...

Very promising stuff, although this is quite different from a sentient computer I think, just a good taxonomic engine.

Neural Networks - I understand the principle, probalistic weighting of gates affecting their output, which in turn affects the proablistic weighting of other gates, all in ridiculous parallel, or some such techno babble (I'm sure I will be corrected on this).

Thank you for that excellent link.

wtf?  specific food doesnt work?  I tried Macaroni and Cheese and the bastards guessed "joint"  between bones and then guessed "condor"  as in the bird.  In the end it finally said "I'm guessing food?"  I can't say no.. and the game is over :(

lol!

Just say no.  It's all right, it doesn't know where you live...yet.

After that, just type in that it's mac & cheese when it asks what it is.
