Signs/hand language used by "Special" Forced types. Any one got a manual describing those, tactics too? A web site maybe? Or simply a "must have" book to order?

Do a google search for US Army field manuals or you can probably get a copy from the DoD under the Freedom of Information Act.  You could also probably find the info you're looking for in one of the many Operation Flashpoint or America's Army webs sites.

I have my training manual.  I don't know of any web sites.

I found these, but many SF close team ops signals are different.
