Have you checked to see if the problem isn't on your end? It's quite possible that's where the problem lies...

You have any firewalls running?

I thought I had "fixed" my computer so that AH could run through zonealarm. Couldn't figure out why I kept losing vox. Now I just gotta remember to turn off ZA before I play, and vox losses are rare.

Yep, I use BlackICE and have for years. Still no problems.
