rod 367th, what a great guy

yes they do know what the serbs supposedly did to get that 117. from what i understand they can locate stuff by sound. not a new idea but if its refined to track a single plane you would have a good thing. the thing is sound waves move slow.
so stuff going faster than the speed of sound couldnt be accurately tracked with a SAM. it could of course be tracked and found to be in a area with maybe course and speed found. but the 117 is slow, it can be tracked because of the engines IR dampeners prevent it from creating alot of thrust. but it still makes noise, alot of noise. so if you had a SAM with directed by sound and detonated by IR on proximity(117 still has IR signature) it could be shot down. or the U.S.A.F. is correct and it just broke over Yugoslavia. and i would like to take this opertunity to thank the russian scientist for inventing stelth and the russian beurocrat for declassifying the tecnology. you should get some sort of medal for that.
