don't buy from soldiercity.com!

reasons:
1.highest prices i found for a certain item.
2.sent out wrong product/defective product
3.i actually got into let's just say a verbal disagreement with
there "customer service" folks on how to resolve the matter.
4.the issue was never resolved to my satisfaction.
5.go to uscav.com for a better experience!

I assume you paid by credit card. If so, call your bank / credit card company and let them know you are disputing the charge over the transaction. That might help get customer service to be more cooperative.

Maverick, I've heard if you dispute an Internet credit card charge all the other Internet point of purchase places won't accept your credit card.

Anyone know if that's true?
