Name that tune..........we'll start off easy ...SICK BOY you cant play

I have one that's been bothering me (no lyrics and I can't name it). It sounds like Pink Floyd, the music the same as "Time" from Dark Side of the Moon, but the lyrics are different and it sounds like an earlier recording.
