For the meat just do grilled pork with a marinade made of Worcestershire Sauce + 1 oignon + a bit of mapple sirup (or honey) + some vinegar
or just type bbq marinade in google

My personnal favorite :
If you can find some Camembert draw on it a cross with a knife then put some Calvados or Cider on.
Next put it with the box on your dieing BBQ ,made some toast aswell and you will have have soon a "Fondue Normande" it's a bit strong but very tasty.
