The attention people shine on some of these somewhat "undesireables" only serves to keep them around...
Give them what they want, be it an arguement, a witch hunt, whatever, and they'll stay.

We the lucky ones in Ontario though, just an hour os so north and there's a foot of snow!!
LoL sure glad I relocated to this part of the province...
and btw... there's about 1-2"'s of snow outside... I know in Toronto thats almost a state of emergency but comeone, u can take a fan outside and blow yer driveway with it lol
