Points for Every Goony driver

I've seen suggestions for upping the number of troops required to get a field capture. Then counters to that saying that one C47 pilot would end up with no points for helping in the capture.

You get 12.0 perks for capturing a field I think. How about a change where it takes 15-20 troops to capture a field and for each one of your troops that gets into the map room (before the field is captured) you get 1.2 perk points? That way, both goony drivers get some credit for their actions and no one feels like they got screwed.

I commented in another thread that the raw field capture score has a 1/10th decimal place.  I think putting it to use would be a good answer.  Say, 15 troops to capture goon 1 drops 10, all hit map room.  Goon 2 drops 10, 5 hit map room.  Goon 1 scores 0.6 field capture.  Goon 2 gets 0.3.
