Because I'm feircely pro-California, and I want California Governers to move on to the nations highest office.  This is especially true for Republican candidates. a Republican with California in his pocket is very tough to beat.

arnie would make a better gov than any of the dems we have ever had.  His political views are as legitimate as any career politician and at least he has worked his way up.

The last truely fiscally conservative Governor we had in California was Jerry Brown. He took a deficit and made it a surplus.... Look it up.

 The current budget issues in CA are not limited to Gray Davis or the Democrats. We have spent ourselves into a deep hole and the economy hasn't provided the income to cover it.. Davis is a bad Governor, but Simon would have been much worse.
