That there's one of them there two-stage intercooled mechanical driven superchargers.  Popular on yer high powered aircraft engines like yer merlin and allison and such.

not Allison, this one is having its air-intake from underside of the engine and it's also having 2-stage sc. I'd say its merlin or maybe licence made Packard.
