I don't really care...but others seem to want to know.

Just FYI (and for anyone else that's interested), you're not being evil at all.

The Bigweek newsgroup started years ago as a Kesmai Corp. discussion group for the AW2 "Bigweek" large arena beta (think 500 - 1000 planes in the same airspace, in 1997, when all other competitors were doing maybe 100 - 200).

Since it was left unmoderated by the company, it became very popular. Kesmai left it up for a year or two. Its moved a couple of times since then, hosted by participants there. It now resides on the Kraits Squadron (yes the AH Bish UK outfit) news server.

Although it started out as a group of Air Warriors discussing Air Warrior, its evolved into a small community of folks who have branched out into many games, including Aces High. Many subjects are discussed there, not only related to gaming. Imagine the O Club here, but with no potty mouth police :)

Everyone's welcome there, but be advised griefers are treated rudely. Flame wars abound. Shane is actually one of the milder denizens of Bigweek...just ask HBlair ;)

LOL Kelly.  Some of the best flame wars ever have been here(BW).  Hblair tried and tried to win one, but got smacked down.

After all, he was always talking about ya'll here over there ;)   Plus it's unmoderated so you can get as warm and fuzzy with him as you like and that'll give Skuzzy a break from playing babysitter here somewhat.

Thanks,
Oed

Actually shanes not too bad. You can get him to self destruct pretty easy once you find the chinks in the armor. But whenever you have him on the ropes he tags about 3 or 4 other BW rasslers all come runnin to the ring to the rescue. And there you are by yourself in a texas deathmatch with coco b-ware and hulk hogan. Don't even bother with it man. You'll get sucked in like I did :).

I finally just unsubscribed to it several months back. Don't have the motivation for "flamin" over a computer game these days. Heck I rarely read the AH board anymore. Luckily my weekly wordsearch on "hblair" netted me this gem of a thread. Who's ATC? Or better yet, who's gonna be the first to cut and paste my reply here in bigweek? :)
