I have the most trouble while flying a P-47 from LA-7's, P-51's, 190D's, 190A's, and 109G-10's.  From an equal energy situation or where they have the energy advantage.

Actualy u can loop around a jug while doing some backward inverted spins, just for the fun before killing it.

just flew a P47d25

first 3 kills no problem

4th kill:
rtbing as i lower my gear to land i see a osti on the runway so i power up and call for a panzer to kill the osti
as i circle around the base a high 109 dives on me, im diving too to gain speed when i notice the 109 has a yellow nose :)

it ended up in me roping the poor 109e

i land and rearm
get 2 more kills
take half a wing of a P51 at 20k and letting him rtb (aint i a nice guy :D  )

then i go to land again when i see my long six a La7

i reversed toward him and after a quick immelman take of is right or left elevator (it can be seen very clearly)

i smile thinking hehehe i will out turn now with no problem
he easely outturns me (on the deck) and with 1 lousy ping take my wing of  :(

damn i hate La7s i really do

WTG Frenchy!

Hats off to a class act & a cool new idea.

I will have to go back to flying my la7 so I can take advantage of all the new jug pilots up this month.

More AH players in lone P47’s in a role they never flew historically will be a treat I will be happy to eat up. Just means I have to take up a Dora again come July 1st.  I seriously just love killing them.

Hats off to a class act & a cool new idea indeed!

I'll play if it can be called the "Freedom Award" instead.

Great idea Frenchy.  Nice to see someone loyal to a plane (regardless of uberness) for so long.  Could use more like you in the MA.

I think I'll pass the Creamo awards, in fear of getting the cooties.

Is there a way to track who is leading this, or will someone give updates?

Frenchy for a great idea.

I wish I knew how you fly the Jug like you do. Do you have any tips on fighting in the jug? I would especially be interested in learning to turn that thing like I have seen you and some others do.

Good idea, I may try to fly that beast for a camp......though I won't be near able to win, I might just have some fun learning the plane.
