Bah.

What we need are the 18.1 inchers on the Yamato class with 6 inchers as backup, 5 inch dual purpose suporting that and over 150 25mm AA guns.

Hehe, perk the Yamato for 3000 perks!!

To the guy who started this thread, perking the guns is the stupidest thing I've heard yet! (Mind you, im not here often :)) In the real military, cooks would man guns (see Pearl Harbor?) you dont need to be a friggin V-Major to hop into a gun!!

My main problem with gun ner postions is that if you shoot them 'down' they "land" thier kills..... this is quite unfair ,, coupled with proximity 5" CV guns and tracerless field ack.

Field ack has tracers....maybe you are like me and get a sort of pc tunnel vision when making your strafing run...i often just fly around nmy airfields and see plenty of tracers all around...

Manedew that is an entirely different question indeed.

Ships need to have destroyable parts, ie turrets.

When they are destroyed anyone in them should take a death same as a plane.

But perk em till they get that way, NEVER.
