"We're witnessing a remarkable renaissance of performance in virtually every segment of the automotive continuum, and the cars before you are proof positive."

I seem to recall similar words being spoken about the Dodge Daytona FWD "sports car".

That was right about the time I realized the game that R&T, C&D, and MotorTrend all play: paid advertisers get good press.

M5 was the only manual tranny in the bunch.  Slushies are for rutabagas.

Yep, you have to dissect many articles to find any non-bias truth, then on top of that test drive and decide yourself.

Zero to 60mph in over 25 seconds? Must be a typo surely? Cripes that's slow.

Then again any car 0-60 is slow compared to a BIKE! Especially one like mine that does close to 100mph in first gear.... :D

Now that's acceleration.

Yes that is very strange.

And I'm with -tronski- Holden Monaro is one of the greatest 8's around.

Though the engines (technically speaking) of the new Nissan Z350 and Mazda RX8 are amazing. As far non turbo car engines go for power to weight ratio.

That Monaro Brock threw around the NZ and Tasmania targa's is a bloody awesome looking car.

It's shame HSV aren't gonna build the HRT-427 roadcar, now that is a car!
