Actually...

Wasn't the Graf Zepplin going to be an actual German CV at one point?  Not sure how far it got into being built, but I recall reading somewhere that it was to have modified Ju87's and FW190's as its airwing.  Hmm...it might have even been in an old boardgame I played years ago, "Sink the Bismark" in a hypothetical what-if scenario

*shrug* I'd love to see something like what you're proposing in the game; I always wondered how the JB guys felt about missing out of one of the most fun (for me) parts of the game, CV ops.

(edit)  yeah, found some info...seems like it was the 109 and not the 190 for its fighter component to compliment the Ju87s.
