If the Athlon 64 bit range of CPU's and the upcoming Intel 64 bit ones continue to gain greater use (as is currently happening), would you ever consider a 64 bit version?

So, where'd you get the 64 bit version of XP, or is it beta? Much of an improvement over XP32?
