FS 2004 A century of flight 1st impressions

Not to much of an update from older FS, but the new weather effects and airport scenery are pretty damn cool.  Oh yeah and the interactive cockpits are sweet.

Hmmm, Pop-up IFR clearances, traffic at ghost airports, these are major to me, but to each their own...

Download? do tell

You can't download off from a mirc, its an IRC client!

For years and years I've had to get FS, but never got to it.. now I finally did get to that point, to try FS first time.
It sure has some learning to do...
For a poor WWII pilot, its all new there are more things to navigation than a compass and a map and complex aids for landing.
Trying to figure out the GPS is enough of a task..

FS2004 seems to support also FS2002 mods, but with varying success.
I've ran into some smaller graphic problems on one model, missing virtual cockpits (gee.. wonder why! :>) and a Ju52 which engines didnt start and couldnt use the optional skins for it, other than the default (sniff..)

With all of the FS2002 models, there are problems with the crossweight on FS2004.

Uh you can download off mIRC from various bots, go to http://www.packetnews.com and type in pretty much any software title and see for yourself.

tsk tsk, you didn't get the hint...

mIRC = an IRC Client -> IRC = where from you go find the download in your case :>
mIRC is just one of the several programs to access IRC and the downloads in question.

Might not be good to talk about downloading such software in these forums.

Ahh who cares its not like there was a thread earlier talking about Kazaa and downloading music, no difference IMO.  Not to mention mIRC is nothing like Kazaa and takes a knowledge of the proper commands in order to get files
