Nope.

And he’s a top radio talk-show host with millions of listeners, I don’t think losing a weekend cable show on MSNBC is a big deal to him. It’s not like he is out of work, needs to go to FOX, or 'bit a big' anything. The guy has a Ph.D. and a #1 book on the New York Times best seller list. Read- Wealthy and pry don’t care. Doesn't have too anyways.

A prank caller pissed him off, which he is always pissed off anyway, and he let the fruitcake have it. Big deal. No doubt he should have been fired, studmuffins tweaking you out like that means he ought to stick to radio, but damn if he ain't entertainment.

I wouldn’t get all excited and have a rally with the Opra book club and put rainbow stickers in your avatars spaces or anything though. It's just a shock jock.

Yep. And if the situation were reversed, and it was a gay host flaming a breeder, it's still firing time. In fact if it's an employee saying pretty much anything stupid in the eyes of his or her media overlords, they can send him up the unemployment river.

You got it backwards. The Constitution restricts the government and affirms the unalienable rights of the People.

Government has no Constitutional right to discriminate for example, you and I do.
