I could see how a woman might find Sean Connery attractive
OK.. maybe a little reading between the lines there.  BUT NOT MUCH!

I just don't see much of a difference between the worst Bond movie and the best.  They all follow the same basic formula and only vary in the villian's costume and location.

One caveat to Timothy Dalton... he refused to do the completely stupid lines that permiated Pierce Brosnan's first two movies.  Unfortunately, given the absence of stupid one liners, the writers were at a complete loss for how to adjust.

I did like the last Bond movie though... mostly because of Halle Barry... but also because they went back to British cars (BMW in two movies?!?) and reduced the number of one liners.  The rest was pretty much the same as all the other movies.

I think The World is Not Enough was the best Brosnan film. The last one comes a close second.

I think you have to be a kid growing up in the 80s and seeing them on TV on every public holiday to really appreciate the Bond films. They aren't meant to be taken particularly seriously.
War! Never been so much fun. War! Never been so much fun! Go to your brother, Kill him with your gun, Leave him lying in his uniform, Dying in the sun.

From "Diamonds are Forever"

Brunette: "Hi, I'm Plenty"
Connery: "Yes, you are"
Brunette: "Plenty O' Toole"
Connery: "Named after your father, no doubt"

I don't really have a favorite Bond movie. I find most all of them have their moments (I haven't seen the latest one), some are better than others.

OHMSS was the worst. George Lazenby the worst Bond,Telly Savalas the worst Blofeld.
There is only 1 Bond...Sean Connery, and only 1 Blofeld...Charles Grey

My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.
