Any good web sites that might give strat or lessons on getting more kills..
Been flying for 4 or 5 months and kill ratio sucks.

Tons and tons of stuff here ,Also pay attention to what the top guys are doing to get their high kill stats.(most of them try to place themselves at the right place/ right time sort of thing)www.netaces.org
