2 and 3 usually go together, but sometimes 1 and 2 go together.

2. We need a strong military and we need someone besides me to pay for it! Cut those taxes.
3. Don't tell me about being underpriviliged. I was nearly broke and almost always had trouble coming up with gas money for the car my daddy bought me when I was younger.
