strange planes

I was going through the USAF Museum web-page and came across this german Helicopter. Yes i said helicopter used in WW2. It was a Focke-Achgelis FA-330 "sandpiper".
It was not armed, it was used as a scout mostly on subs. they would connect it with a cable and telephone. pretty cool

Nastee, USAF museum pages have too much lies to consider them a reliable source of information.

What really made me angry was the following quote: "During the Korean War, gunners on the "Command Decision" shot down five Soviet-built MiG-15 jet fighters.".

Damn, NO MiG-15 were shot down by B-29 gunners in Korea AT ALL!!! More to say: B-29s ballistic calculators were UNABLE to track targets as fast as MiG-15s!!!
