I need some help with some stuff on my computer

ok well im a kid, of course im into my electric les paul guitar ;) , but well if u guys play guitar, im into like hard rock bands and stuff like Papa Roach, but i  downloaded a live video and they played this extra intro that i want to learn... but its ONLY a video, and i want my guitar teacher to teach me how to play it... anyone know how to change video files to audio files so that i can burn them to a cd? sorry no i dont haev a dvd or video burner just the CD burner,

What type file is it? If you have CD burning software you should be able to burn it as a SVCD and save the video as well. Or you could copy the soundtrack as a seperate wav file and burn that.

well i have kazaa, and windows media player... to burn a cd i go to my shared folder and hit copy to audio cd... im not THAT great with computers but i do know alot about them, but i dont know how to do this
