Frenchy's new ride
« on: July 17, 2003, 02:48:18 AM »
Hey the whole 56th is getting new wheels!

Anyway, today I became the overjoyed owner of a 1973 Pontiac Formula 455:D    ... and re:D

Payed $3000 for this bucket ... power everything, interior ok despite the usual tired off driver seat ... paint ... uh ... engine ... looks uggly but runs chery. Power everything, even the AC work.

A great base for restauration, and man this thing got pOWWWer! I drove my Tow Car too long, forgot about fish-tailing at each corner :D

Oh well ... 6 years of saving, and "she's here" ... this brout brout stink brout brout stink brout brout bucket
Dat jugs bro.

Nice ride Frenchy.  You do know that owning a big block qualifies you for U.S. citizenship don't you?

Wanna race me Frenchy?

Let's race over 3km and see who does the best average speed. Video film and/or some kind of digital device that does the measurements.

You and your puny piece of metal shall eat burble.

Seriously, am jealous. I need to go to Amerikka. Hook me up with work permissions and a job will ya, preferrably near Perris?

I'll race you over 3km wet or dry and to make it a little more sporting, only use 3 gears.  :D

Seriously midnight?!?

Soooo...how's the IT industry in that area?'

Perris got the best DZ on earth. It's paradise for skydivers.

Maybe you need someone to wash your clothes, take out the dog, give the missus a good shag? I'm low maintenance - bread and water and jump tickets will do :D

You take your car and I'll climb to 14000 feet and then do a head down. I'll let my ProTrack measure max and average speed :D.

3 gears huh? Ya shouldda checked on my vehicle of transportation first :D
