Are you going to take the stand in your own defense?

Do you feel you really cheated Al Davis?

Are you still going to be a Raiders Fan after they win?

Or does the judge have you under a gag order and you can't talk about it?

Come on ya pansy, are they going to let you out of court long enough to watch a few games this year?

Missed this one... what's up?

I know of funkypant's complete addoration for all that is silver and black, but am unaware of the litigation of which you speak.

I'd tell you, but I'm more curious to hear his version first.  Look around under "Al Davis"  "Oakland" and "lawsuit".

And no, it's not the one against the league that he just dropped recently.

Mr. Davis is not one of these millionaires who went out and bought a team.  He made his money in football, starting from the bottom and working his way up through the business.  So I'm guessing this suit is a symptom of cash flow problems for the team.  He doesn't have some vast personal fortune or business empire to bleed money from if the team is in the red.
