PM Blair spoke today to the US Congress, it was carried on TV.

Tony Blair is one of the best speakers I have ever heard, and is one of the best things that has ever come out of England since the Beetles and Baby Spice.

Hey ... I agree. There is no reason to be jealous, especially given the fact I'm not the one trying to pants him. It just looks like you have the extreme hots for the fellow and I figured I'd give the `ol boy a check six call, just in case you happened to get the drop on him. :D

Very very good speech by Mr Blair.

I think we are very fortunate to have Blair in England and Bush in the US at this point in time.

If we would have had a Chamberlain-type in England or Gore in the US on 9-11 ...I mean ...it would be BAD... maybe not "we'd probably all be on a rug on our knees facing Mecca five times a day now"-bad...but BAD.

I don't usually involve myself in conversatoins like this, but for once I feel compelled.  

I listened to the speech in the car yesterday on NPR and was very impressed.  Both Bush and Blair have been getting it pretty hard in their respective countries, and perhaps for some good reasons.  Despite that, I was still very impressed with how straight forward they were (with the except of Bush's answer to the question about his taking personal responsibility for his State of the Union address, he dodged that one).
