OK, shameless plug of Redwing's new ETO map (in final stages before release), textures by camo

Redwing gives details as:
'There're more than 80 cities on the map, 12 of them have bombable targets on them
40 strategical targets such as refineries, ammo factories etc.
63 fields, all placed based on historical data.'

I've been test flying this and boy is it fun   Low level is a blast, the terrain gives a fantastic sense of speed and climb, and the hills look awesome (see in-cockpit shot)

Oh, most of the JU shots are faked with pics from AK. But it's what it'll look like, right?

Oh, and clouds are pretty low, I'd guess 5-8k

WTG Redwing!

And Funked, if you need an extra Tiffy pilot for any of the 308 missions..

(agh, what's this 'maximum number of images' rubbish? It says max is 8 but won't let me post 5...)

Great shots!

Hopefully we'll see this as a special events arena soon.

Looks very good. It will be great to try playing a 200 player sceneario of a bombing raid on germany (or then France at least) using this one

With the shown field ownership anything from June 1940 till June 1944 can be played. If other times the fields can off course be changed too. Good job

WTG !
To bad you didn't put Evreux and Beaumont le Roger   (or the location is a bit wrong   )

Just a warning you will have one week to remove your wreckage from my garden   after they will be destroyed

Straffo do you have any maps showing the correct positions of the airfields (at least it sounds like you are talking about airfields) you mentioned?

I can still fix things like that

Washedup: I've submitted the map to HTC already, now its up to them to tell me what needs to be fixed... after that the terrain will be released
