Even IL-2/FB doesn't do that!

They use impressive graphics, but even so, the damage level is presented in just different layers of textures according to the damage level. Pepper a wing with MGs, and it shows the "bullet ridden" texture, pound it with cannons, and it shows "gaping hole" texture.
I'm quite intrigued as to how HTC has done that - "appear exactly where they hit" !!
