Or sponsors with deep pockets.

Maybe cart racing is big in his country.  I would imagine he doesn't weigh much, which would be beneficial to racing such small vehicles.

Kart racing can be expensive!
My 250cc super Kart cost 12k.
And on a race week end i will spend.
Entry fee's 150.00
Tires 175.00
race gas 75.00
Hotel  65.00-80.00
The above is alot of money.
And this is providing you don't crash and break someting.
Like i did last year at over 60mph i backed into an oak tree.
Cost 2.500.00
Mt 250 is only a single cyl someof the guys on the west coat are running twins.
Eddie Lawson is about the fastest dude going right now and at laguna seca he hit 160mph!! In a go-Kart

lol RC, you are insane man. :D Well theres three forms of karting. Enduro is the fastest because of the larger motors and taller gearing (race on real 2.5 mile road tracks +100mph), the karts are longer in wheel base. RCs kart doesnt look like it but its wheel base is longer than average kart. Then Theres sprint (race on 1.5 mile kart tracks -100mph)with left right and hand turns style racing and then Speedway (-100mph oval dirt or asphalt). Renting is a good way to try racing these days, or even for a season and not worry about transporting all the tools and vehicle etc...

At Texas world speed way we hit 130mph in our 250cc super karts.
In my sprint Kart I got up to about 80mph.
It was alot of fun.
I sold all my Karts cuase i'm looking to get into Rally racing.

LOL, you'll need a good navigator then that wont loose his balls. I actually think it takes more balls to be the navigator since hes not in control.

Well theres different forms of sanctioned rally racing. The most purest form going way back isnt very fast at all. The goal of rally racing is to follow a set of instructions (not a map) to arrive at various checkpoints. You could do it in a Volvo or a bus. The more competetive professional variety is fast all balls HP torque you break it you fix it, takes alot of experience.
