There is no such thing as squeeky clean, in fact people who go through all that trouble to put up a clean front or a religious front and the worst offenders and are using it to hide behind.

She is a victim and he's a rapist if her claims of sexual assault are true.

She's less than a two bit potato and he's just a handsomehunk adulterer if she willingly let him bone her and then threw out false accusations to garner her time in the spotlight and any money that comes from book/tv/movie deals after the fact.

Leaning towards one or the other before the verdict in the trial is nothing but showing your bias/prejudices.

Hortland... They had sex, that isn't in doubt. Whether or not it was consensual is the question. If it was consensual, then it wasn't rape, and there is no victim.

You seem to be under the impression that a rape occured... and whether it was Kobe or someone else, she is still a victim of rape.

No, it doesnt, it just means that no one can be punished for the crime.
