Clinton speech. 3 references in the same speach.

reference.
1.   “..early today British and US forces attacked Iraq’s, NUCLEAR/biological/chemical programs…”
2.   ..”Sademm Hussein should not be allowed to threaten its neighbors with NUCLEAR/biological /chemical weapons..”
3.   We had to attack and attack now to prevent Iraq from being able to rebuild its NUCLEAR/biological/chemical programs in months…”

There is no maybe, possibly, could be, a nuclear threat in this speech.
Bush used the same INTEL

Now the Bush reference.

“The Agency confirmed in the 1990s that Saddam Hussein had an advanced nuclear weapons development program, had a design for a nuclear weapon and was working on five different methods of enriching uranium for a bomb. The British government has learned that Saddam Hussein recently sought significant quantities of uranium from Africa. Our intelligence sources tell us that he has attempted to purchase high-strength aluminum tubes suitable for nuclear weapons production. Saddam Hussein has not credibly explained these activities. He clearly has much to hide.

Conclusion IMO this will go away. Clinton doesn’t want a deeper look at this because it will mean His decisions will have to be looked at as well. He called Larry King’s show last night to make a case for just that.

The difference is Clinton says 'nuclear' and Bush says 'nookular'.
