Only ever flown in WB3 a year or so ago on a free weekend.  I wouldn't mind joining in.:)

Something like it's elder brother-
Wing tips rounded, spinner's bigger.
Unbraced tailplane ends it's figure.
One-O-nine F is it's name-
F is for futile, not for fame."

You AH guys would get spanked cause the WB guys have experience of fighting different people from different sims. Sheeesh, if WB suddenly closed down and all the WB pilots migrated to AH it'd take less than a week for the WB crowd to rule the skies of Aces High. Face it- (in thick Chinese accent) Aces High Karate not as good as War Birds Kung Fu.

You have that wrong Kekule, it's the total opposite of what you say.

Even someone like Airhead would know the difference.

to bad the 8 v 8 cant go h2h in Target Rabaul. It would be a neat promotion. That way there could be no complaints about fm and experience.

Whaddya mean you don't want anyone whose flown WB before?

If you exclude all the ex-Warbirders from that list, then this is really nothing but a WB vs. AW competition, isn't it?

bananas right...you do it the right way...8 of em come to our house, and fight, 8 of us go to their house and fight. Best out of 10, regardless of experience in either sim.

Kek, you haven't lost your touch!

Greetings gentlemen

It is nice to see so many old friends again. I hope everyone is doing well. Thanks Kieran for helping get the word out.

Fwiw, I ain't doing this for IeN, Marketing or bla bla bla. I'm way to selfish for that. I just thought it would be neat to have a duel between two communities. Having a fun time is all that matters, so I hope that we all can embrace this rare opportunity to interact online with the 'other side'.

I posted on AGW a draft of the rules/setup. Please feel free to comment. What we need is for an AH individual to be their team captain. Also we need an arena in AH, with a few folks to act as referees. This I will leave up to y'all.

turo has agreed to be the mediator. He is neutral and hasn't played either game.

cheers and thanks in advance

Too Bad about the "Only players who havnt played the other sim" rule,
not only does it exclude many of the guys who really enjoy
both flight sim's,
It will be more difficult for the visiting team to get the game set-up correct

Btw Nash, I wouldnt bet on that :p
