This has probably been discussed before, but I have not yet been able to notice a difference in FM between the two.

What differences are there?

Having kept up with all of the fervent discussions regarding the CHog here on the boards, here are a few things that it has been proven to offer over the DHog:

The Chog can do 3 loops in a row starting with an IAS under 200 mph.  It can turn within a Zeke's turning radius at 150 mph using rudder only.  And it will catch a P51 in level flight with 5 notches of flaps and langing gear extended.  The DHog can do none of those.

Oh, and if you type "/CHogDweebsRGodz" into the chat buffer while in a CHog, it gives you unlimited ammo and ordinance and puts your damage modifier at 10000000

Igloo:

On a post a few days back Pyro said the D and C use the same fm but with 100% fuel and ammo the D weighs about 100-200 lbs more.
