Perk points - CV control

Had an idea that I am not sure has been talked about before.

How about a new use for perk points where you could spend them to get control of the CV?

If no one has control of the CV, you can take control for 10 perk points and control the CV for 1 hour.

If, during your 1 hour, someone else wants to take control of the CV, you get a pop-up message (in the upper corner of the screen, not in the middle) telling you someone else wants control.

If you give up control, you get your perk points back pro-rated by the amount of minutes that you had control, with a minimum 5 point perk reduction.

I don't mind the current rank system; however, I wish you could spend a few perkies to take the CV away from a person of higher rank than you.  

I've watched the cv continue on its straight course to nowhere, while passing a great battle, just because the highest rank player on my team is afk or is simply not responding.

how about,if u want to stay in control of CV u have to bein he same sector or on the CV. otherwise  u lose control of CV.

would stop guys from grabin control and going AFK somewhere else, or figting other side of map.

If they're sitting in the carriers tower, they can still be afk.
