ramzey do you have a list of  the tail colors assigned to the carrier's a/c?

I have:

pre 7-1-37

Lexington - yellow - VF2B
Ranger - green -  VF3B
Ranger - blue - VF5B
Saratoga - white - VF6B

post 7-1-37

Lexington - yellow -VF2
Yorktown - red - VF5
Ranger - green - VF4
Saratoga - white - VF3
Enterprise - blue - VF6
Wasp - black - VF7

Is this list in error?

i have profile in  book and drawing is signed as plane from lexington

this picture is possibly taken after war in one of airshows /chino?/

F3F-2 based at the LSFM about 30 mins. south of my hacienda.
