Which services can be turned off (permanently) in XP? I use windows for one thing: AH participation. I use a different OS for work purposes.

black vipers a great site for xp. do yourself a favor though, only do a couple of changes at a time (checking to see how your syatem runs after each) and write down what the origanal settings where and what you changed them to and when.
