For someone with the knowledge, I need you to look at these maximum rpm's for each plane type. These are what I can find, or at least what I've found by looking quickly.
P51D - 3000 rpm - Packard V-1650-3
109F - 2400 rpm - DB601E
109g2 - 2800 rpm - DB605a
109g6 - 2800 rpm - DB605a/as
109g10- 2800 rpm - DB605d
A6M5c - 2600 rpm - Nak Sakae 21
NiK2j - ???????? - Nak Homare 21
190A5/A8 - 2700 rpm - BMW 801D
