Never used that motherboard, so I cannot comment.  Seems the video card is a bit slow for the CPU, but that is a personal preference.
I have not used any of the above components, except for the CPU.

1GB if ram is a waste of money for Windows 98.  98 will not actually use more than 128MB for programs, the rest is for data and it does not have the memory management to address 1GB.  512MB is the maximum.

Please stop spamming the forums with this question.  It will best be answered here, and if you do not get an answer, it is more likely due to no one having the hardware you listed.

Not sure what you are currently using for a cpu, but you will likely not see much of an improvement in framerates with that video card...

As Skuzzy said 1gb of ram is pointless if you are staying with 98, if you change to XP or w2k then I would say get 512mb MINIMUM.
