Rank system problem

hey, i have somewhat of a problem...it's not a terriblely big deal but in a way it is....my rank ingame and when u check ur score as an individual in the website are 5th(fighter) and when i check it in the pilot ranks im nowhere to be seen,it sucks cause i dont like to try to achieve something and not know where i stand,this has happened before but now im just kinda getting upset about it,so if anyone knows what the problem might be plz let me know...thnx

The Ranks page only shows the top 100 in overall rank.  You rank 5th in fighters (nice!), but your overall rank (the Total column on the Scores page) is 965.

ok i kinda understand....but theres someone else that when u organize them by fighter rank is ranked 5th how can 2 ppl have the same fighter rank?let me know..thnx

I've found that when you navigate to Pilot Ranks, the page comes up with a list of rankings.  Then when you click the Get Ranks button, without changing the Tour (the present tour is the default), the list is very different.  Anyway, click the Get Ranks button, then click on the Fighter Rank column, and there you are at number 5.

well if u click on fighter rank right now u'll see that bigmax is ranked 5th ...

Don't forget the "Get Ranks" button.

When I selected the fighter column and then pressed the Get Ranks button, this came up:
