Nuke, When I enabled memory acceleration mode I got total lockups every 6 mins or so also, in AH only. So try and put that back to default if you have it enabled. Fixed my lockups and everything running smooth now.

Thanks SNO, I just got back in town yesterday and solved the problem. I had one stick of the pair of 1 gig Corsair 3200 memory that was bad.
It took me awhile to isolate it, but now I'm good!
Now I can re-load AH and start flying again.

these guys seem to have some pretty good deals and you can buy many parts seperate and install your old onto them.
Many others I have noticed like newegg.com

I've got a failing IBM drive in this machine... 14 months old...

Have been in disk drive bus for 30 years and have at least one failed drive of each manufacturer...... one must go by model.... each is built with different parts and one slip in vendor parts can be catistropic.. both in cost and reputation... personally like Max and IBM.... I think WD took one to many nickels out of their cost... the Special ED might be different thou......
