are there certain planes you are looking forward to making new 3d models of? or is the enormity of the task making it more of a chore than anything? just wondering havent heard much from you guys in a long time so you must be very busy.

I pretty much agree except I think the c47, p51b, and tempest are all fine...but that doesn't mean I don't want them redone, just not my top picks.

I would certainly go with the p38 and b17, but one plane currently in the game that I think looks really cartoony is the f4u. I would love to see that redone.

To me, these models look so dated. While they are remodelling the 14 please give it a bubble canopy!

The SpitV, SpitIX and the P-51 are pretty recent. They just had their makeup done not too long ago. The plane series that really needs heavy work are the 109s - oldest in the book probably by now.

Same with 190 series.

As far as I remember, La5, Spits and P51 were the only redone planes in the past.

seems you are not understand what re-done mean

imo

1. its transfer planes from AH game engine in to AH2 /but it can be plug in to AH2, 3d models used in AH1/
2. is re-work UV mapping on ALL planes
3. if we need to make plane better loooking, we add som details /i doubt here/
4. if we have enough time we make som olders models from begining and put them in to AH2, to replace old.

Ahhh.. I don't really care even if they are not... as long as they look pretty and accurate.

ps) Wish the details such as radiator/cowl flaps and slats on the 109s and Las, are represented.

IL2:FB and cfs cockpits arnt good at all, the detail is good but they dont have working dials and working guages and i really use those
and it would be a shame to see some static cockpit like in IL2

il2 has a static cockpit? no moving dials? what to they do, use some kind of gamey and totally unrealistic HUD?
