anyone know how to convert a video file to an mp3 file?

You probably can't, only way that I could think would be to record the sound from the video to a .wav file, then convert it from wav to mp3.

how do i do that? i have winamp, kazaa lite, windows media player, Iroc audio mananger and Mp3 Maker?

Only way I know how to is to use windows sound recorder to record it to .wav, then use a file converter to change file types.  I have musicmatch but i'm sure there is a free one out there somewhere.

I was assuming he just wanted the sound, if he wanted the video too, why change formats?
