X-45 Mapping

I have an X45 stick and I'm looking for someone who has it mapped for AH. I've been using it for sometime. but haven't found out how to set-up the trim tabs??

my X-45 profile

I have Ch Pro pEdals so i use rudder rocker for aileron trim, thumb rotor for elvator trim and front rotor for rudder trim.
