Well, I got online and tried the game. People were nice, but gameplay was difficult/problematic.

I know some people really get defensive and flamable when someone points out dislikes of their favorite game, so I'll ask first:

Are you interested in hearing why a first timer probably won't pick up the game for pay?

If you want to give input to HTC try the Gameplay/Feedback Forum.  If you want to start a flame war, do what you're doing.

I wouldn't judge the game after one night.  There are a lot of things to learn.  If you need help with anything let me know.

I didn't like the cockpit-shaking effect either until after about a week of flying. Now I can't fly without it.

Yes the control surfaces are sensitive. Be sure to scale down your joystick settings. Some planes are easier to fly than otehrs because they are less sensitive to input. That's realism. Not everyone can deal with it.

Thank goodness I didn't actually say anything. That would have been a pile of doo to step in.

To the gameplay/feedback forum I may go. (Didn't notice there was one till you mentioned it.)

Sorry.

Post whatever you want.  Who cares if people flame you?  I sure wouldn't care.

You'll get the most reasonable responses with some constructive criticism.  Flames don't happen for no reason at all; I've seen people get flames for making outrageous statements based on feelings rather than fact.

Believe it or not, there *is* a difference between saying

"Aces High is not for me because it's too difficult"

and

"Aces High SUCKS"

Actually here would have been a good place to discuss his thoughts. Gameplay is for input on the game/sim itself.

 Whats the problem(s) Bullgrit?

Heyas!

There is a learning curve here, and I would not quit until you gave it a fair shake.

Make up your own mind, but give it more than a night...use the full two weeks and ask for assistance from me anytime

Get yourself a trainer in TA, and ask him to help you. Ask some veterans in MA to let you .join them in fly, and you will see this game from the different point. Or not. At least you will know more, than now. Several hours of expirience is interesting, but you saw 1% of what this game offers.
