We've also been working on version 1.05. This version will feature player-controlled carrier groups. New planes we're currently working on are the F6F-5 and TBM-3.

Er,

They may plan to allow any player to captain a carrier fleet. Each squad would have it's own fleets. In a proper Pac scenario terrain, more than four carriers groups might be needed. The Damned have always named "our" boat the USS Woolen. Now we will finally get to drive it, heheh.

With the navy coming along in 1.05 will there be a new MA map? I dont see how the current map would lend itself to a useful and interesting naval war.

I can see it now,log in day after 1.05 releases,

shows 110 people on..

Nuthing over land,

100 Carrier groups at sea, doing mass HO's...

while 10 guys are accidently bailling outta their planes they're laffing so hard....
