Thats true. If you eat the good quality brand, its very low in fat and has alot of protien. Not alot alot but you would be suprised.
Ribs doesnt have anymore fat than a clean steak.
If you are active or excersise alot, eating mostly meat, you wont gain weight. You could actually stay very lean that way. But without excersise, the meats can add up pretty quickly, specially the beefs. Chicken and fish is leaner of course. BBQ beef is better than a fried steak.
